You probably understand where I'm coming from. Stressed out mom, single without a co-parent, trying to be intentional about raising my daughter without breaking down in a puddle of unwashed hair and tears.
You're circumstances might be different, but we still feel our stress the same.
Maybe I would be a total mess right now if I didn't find mindfulness, but I did. It saved my life. And I want to help you use mindfulness to find more balance, serenity and joy too.
My own journey through anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and body dysmorphia led me to India. It callled to me. I was searching for healing and thought Yoga was the answer. At an ashram there I completed my Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. Over the years I've advanced my practice with Prenatal and Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification as well as taking the infamous10 day Vipassana (or incite) Meditation course. I'm also Certified Advanced Reiki Practitioner, which basically means I used universal pranic energy to help your body naturally heal itself.
